She has wowed Mzansi for years and she still got the plug. Well in Mzansi one can not talk about Generations without putting star actress Manaka Ranaka into the equation. She is best known for her heroics as Lucy Diale on SABC 1 hit soapie Generations the Legacy.
The bubbly actress is also best known for her wits on television and their reality tv show, the Ranakas is one who always keeps Mzansi on the edge of their seats. In honour of the times she’s kept us entertained today she’s celebrating her 42nd birthday.
Her acting career spans for years and she has capped her brilliance with accolades. Manaka currently stars as Diale on Generations, however, she has also featured on Isidingo as Nandipha.
Ranaka Manaka was born and bred in Soweto. The latter then attended school at Dinwiddie High School. Just like those before her Manaka thrust into the entertainment at a very young age.

A few weeks ago Ranaka Manaka was involved in a nasty cheating scandal. Manaka was accused of snatching her friend’s boyfriend who happens now to be the father of his son. Lucy Diale has been accused of having a baby with her friend’s ex-boyfriend.
Manaka refuses to have an abortion
The actress had to re-visit a very unpleasant ordeal where she was given an ultimatum by her previous employers. The proud mother revealed that when she was pregnant with her first baby, her previous employer who was a woman told her to abort her baby but she refused. This resulted in her getting fired.
In an emotional Instagram post wishing her daughter a happy 20th birthday, Manaka boasted about proud she is of her and how she has zero regrets.

The Generations star Manaka Ranaka gave birth to her bundle of joy. Manaka posted a picture of her baby’s hand and revealed that she gave birth to a baby boy.
However, Manaka Ranaka who had been keeping her pregnancy under wraps posted a video of her doing the Jerusalema Challenge with her baby bump showing off.
