It never rains but pours for celebrated media personality and influencer Pabi Moloi. In the mix of things, it seems as if she might be losing half of her multi-million rand estate.
However, this comes after his husband demanded half of her estate, revealing that he has the right to have half of the estate since the two were married on civil or customary marriage terms.
Despite keeping her private life under wraps for years, in May 2016, it was revealed that Moloi was off the market. Of interest was that Mzansi never saw this coming, nor did they see anything related. But confirmed sources had it that the bubbly presenter had tied the knot with Ruan Adams.
In the mix of things, it seems as if their nasty fallout has now led to an estate sharing settlement. Despite Moloi distancing herself from any civil marriage with Adams, it seems as if she has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt to the courts.
Adams has it that he has evidence to show to support her claims. Signing from his hymnal, Ruan Adams revealed that he paid a whopping R25 000 as lobola on 30 April 2016, and he has pictures to prove it.

However, she might see herself sharing half of her empire with Adams. Here is a list of some of the assets to be shared:
Six houses are located across Mzansi, thus in Broadacres, Noordwyk, Elton Hill, and Edenburg, and the other two houses are in Waverley. The estate also includes a Jeep Cherokee, Suzuki and other exotic cars.
Rumour mill has it that Adams is also demanding Pabi’s shares, savings and investments. According to Musa Khawula, Adams also wants an allowance to keep up with the celebrity lifestyle introduced. However, some valuable household furniture has been implicated in the estate sharing scandal.
Additionally, Ruan Adams demands that Pabi Moloi pay R8500 monthly in spousal support so that he can continue to live the luxurious life he got accustomed to during their marriage.
