Generations The Legacy actress Letoya Makhene –Pumulo, who played the role of Tshidi on the SABC 1 soapie, has made a surprise come back after joining radio. After spending months off the spotlight, Letoya has decided to pursue a different career in broadcasting and joined a newly established Opulence Radio. This affluent online radio station was established in 2021.

According to sources, Letoya was involved in a salary dispute with Generations The Legacy show producers. She allegedly asked for outrageous amounts more than the rest cast members; hence was written off the storyline. Tshidi was last seen on Generations after her divorce from her then-husband Kabisi Moroka; she left the country with her former lover Gaddafi for Paris, France.
