Former Muvhango and Generations actor Mutodi Neshehe dies
One of South Africa’s most loved actors is no more. Muvhango actor Mutodi Neshehe died at a local hospital on Thursday evening, after experiencing breathing problems.
However, rumour has it that Mutodi tested positive earlier this week for Covid-19 but only started getting weak yesterday.
“He has been doing well this whole week. He was optimistic he will be fine, only today (Thursday) he started about running short of breath,” the source further added.
However, according to another friend, he was advised to seek medical attention prior but he brushed off the idea.
“I just wanted to make sure he was gonna be fine, I know he likes to play tough sometimes, I could tell from his voice that he was trying to be strong,” the source further said.
It was also established that the actor had to be rushed to a private hospital, as there were no ambulances available to attend to him after his health took a turn for the worst.
“Upon arrival at a private hospital, we were told that no beds were available to treat him and he had to be rushed to another hospital.”
