Former Idols SA Contestant Phindy Dube Gives Birth To A Daughter

Former Idols South Africa contestant Phindile Phindy Dube has given birth to a daughter.

The SA Idols Season 14 top four contestant and her fiance Mtokozisi Zulu were blessed with a baby girl this month.

This is the couple’s first child together. The couple made their first pregnancy public a couple of weeks ago through a unique photoshoot.

Phindy Dube also shared her baby’s first picture on Instagram.

She told Drum that she is happy to be a mother because it is something that she prayed for. She revealed that she gave birth to her daughter on 20 October. She said she is still trying to get the hang of being a mother.

Phindy added that the bond her fiance Mthokozisi has with their daughter is amazing. She says he is the kind of man that she prayed for.

Motherhood, Phindy said, has had a calming effect on her and she says she is no longer as crazy as she used to be. She said when they found out they were pregnant, she felt so much love towards her husband and it surprised her because she thought she already loved him deeply but the pregnancy made the love more sincere and deeper.
