The family and company owned by the late media mogul and actor Shona Ferguson have confirmed his passing.
Following an afternoon of speculation about the death of Ferguson, there finally has been a confirmation.
A joint statement has been released by Ferguson Films, a filming company he owned with his wife Connie, and his family has been released.
