Pearl Thusi soundtrack hit maker Emtee has defended Queen Sono over her remarks about the treatment of other African nationals living in South Africa.
Pearl Thusi posted on Twitter, “Killing African nationals that reside in South Africa is something I will never defend. Defending borders drawn by colonizers will never be something I limit myself with. I am not afraid… Of hashtags, name calling, personal attacks… It’s a waste of time with me. I will always stand by my word. Love…”
The Tweet was met wit disgruntlement from #PutSouthAfricansFirst advocates as they felt Pearl was not defending her own people in preference of foreign nationals.
Emtee jumped to defend Thusi. He posted, “DO NOT PLAY WITH PEARL THUSI. Kunganyiwiwa.”
