Durban Gen: Nelisiwe Sibiya ‘Dr Mbali Mthetwa’ loses her job
It never rains but pours for our beloved intern, Dr Mbali Mthetwa. Every time she thinks that things have settled and she can find some happiness or at least some level of normalcy, something always comes up to start chaos in her life.
The month of November will find Mbali failing to cope with her new marriage to Thabo Dlamini after Agatha gives Mbali the request that she would either have to marry Thabo or refuse and not get her cleansing ceremony. Mbali and Thabo reluctantly get married, and Mbali has to break up yet again with Lindelani Zulu for another Dlamini man.

On 1 November, We see Mbali trying to deal with the consequences of marrying Thabo. MacGyver is getting more than he signed up for with his new girlfriend. Superintendent Qwabe is back, feeling more appreciative of life. On 2 November, the hospital is talking during the aftermath of the breakup. Qwabe tries to fit in with the crowd and fails, and McGyver can’t stand his new partner.

3 November finds Mbali trying to deal with the consequences of destroying Dr Zulu’s office. She lets her frustrations out on everyone and is on the verge of losing her job. On Thursday, 4 September, Mbali and Thabo drink their problems away. MacGyver tries to find a way to bring Bab’Gumede back and get rid of his new workmate. 5 November Mbali tries to hide the fact that she is not coping, but Sne and Phumeza are not fooled while MacGyver is disappointed by his person while on a mission to bring back Gumede.
