She has been trending of late. Durban Gen actress Lerato Nxumalo goes for a BBL in Turkey. Bubbly actress and TikTok sensation Lerato Nxumalo joins a host of South African A-list celebrities who have splashed millions of rands to transform their bodies with the knife. She took to social media and revealed that she had a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
The actress shared pictures of herself in a hospital bed with a drip in her hand. In the mix of things, she also shared threads of pictures on her stories. Mzansi was more than convinced that these were body post-surgery pictures.
“I cannot wait to heal properly and share my experience. I’m so grateful for you guys,” she wrote.
Not so long ago, she revealed that she was going to Istanbul, Turkey, to fetch her body.
“In the video caption with the aeroplane, Turkey flag, swimsuit and a peach emoji, Lerato is seen with her bags packed and ready to leave, screaming: “It’s time!” She also posted another video giving her fans a sneak peek of her Turkey trip.”
The actress is popular for playing medical intern Dr Luthuli on Durban Gen, and Mpumi Cele on Lingashoni is one of the women who have revealed they had a BBL. Others include DJ Sithelo Shozi, Eva Modika and Inno Morolong.
Recently this year, Sithelo revealed in August she got a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction. The socialite and DJ took to her Instagram stories to share graphic before and after pictures of her transformation after being discharged from The Clinique Istanbul in Turkey.
“I wish we’d retract the surgery stigma we seem to pass on. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with giving yourself a makeover. It’s each to their own when it comes to such after three children. This was the best decision and reward I could’ve given myself,” she wrote.
Sithelo revealed she had gone on a strict diet to undergo the procedure and said she specifically targeted her “hip dips”.
“After spending the past two months doing diet planning and endless takeouts, I could finally gain enough weight and fat for the procedure I wanted. My hip dips and achieving my desired shape must’ve been my biggest worry.”
