Drama in Epworth as man catches wife in bed with neighbour
On Friday Garikai Njovo walked in on his wife and his neighbour having sex. Garikai then demanded a fine from his wife’s lover. Godknows Shavi was forced to pay Garikai USD$70 for bedding his wife Monica Kondo.
The two were fortunate because Garikai did not attack either of the two. Monica a mother of two was saved by one of the residents from receiving instant justice from the crowd. Godknow Shavi’s wife is the one who caught the two and informed Garikai. Unlike Garikai who only wanted a fine, Godknows’ wife wanted to bash the two.
Godknows Shavi reports to HMetro that his affair with Monica Kondo started three weeks back and they used her sister’s bedroom as their love nest.
“Garikai Njovo is my neighbour and I fell in love with his wife while he was in Kadoma. The relationship has been on for three weeks. After getting caught Garikai demanded money for my freedom and I paid. I will not continue with such acts as it is wrong,” said Godknows.

Garikai Njovo confirms he took the money and it was to cover for transport costs to take his wife Monica back to her home.
“My neighbour betrayed me and my wife failed to honour our marriage and respect our two children. I decided to take her to her parents. The two were seeing each other during my absence since I work in Kadoma and I returned unexpectedly following a tip off from Shavi’s wife,” Garikai reports.
Godknows was also forced to put his admission of guilt on paper and the amount he paid. His wife is very angry with him because their child is seriously ill but decided to focus on his mistress.
