Dr Mbali ‘Nelisiwe Sibiya’ allegedly exits e.tv drama series Durban Gen. Her storyline has wowed Mzansi. She has fast become one of Mzansi’s finest actresses thanks to her unmatched acting flair. Her onscreen character on Durban Gen leaves a lot to be desired.

Well, in the wake of her newfound fame as Dr Mbali on the e.tv drama series Nelisiwe Sibiya is topping trends after she reportedly bowed out of Durban Gen.

In the latest teasers, she will be pronounced dead. However, this comes after she was admitted after suffering a stroke. Well, Mzansi is not more than convinced that she is bowing out of the drama series since she is one of the show’s lead actors.

Many think she will wake up out of the blue, given that she has been trying to embrace her ancestral calling.

After all, Mzansi has been trying to connect the dots on her alleged exit, which the drama series have since confirmed on its official Facebook page. In recent years actors have been written off through arrests and untimely death could be the showrunners playing according to the book. Let’s wait and see.

In recent years she has been dupped as the most sort after actress thanks to her unmatched acting flair. Despite being a celebrated actress, she also doubles as a singer. One of her most significant musical projects is “Mama ka Bafana.”

She kicked off her career as a singer and later on switched to acting. Her first significant playback singing came through the prison serial Lockdown with the theme song “Mama Ka Bafana” in 2018.

Her big break on small screens came in 2020 when she was invited to play the lead role “Of Dr Mbali Mthethwa” on the e.tv. Medical drama telenovela Durban Gen.

For her role, she won Best Actress in Africa at the Zikomo Awards in 2021.
