Dr Malinga twins: POPULAR South African house music singer Dr Malinga and his wife Boitumelo have been blessed with two bouncing baby boys after his wife gave birth today.
Dr Malinga said he was thankful to God for receiving the twins amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The musician could not hide his joy and took it to Instagram sharing a screenshot of his first video call with his wife and the twins.
However, because of the stringent hospital regulations on account of COVID 19, Dr Malinga was not able to be in the hospital’s maternity ward with his wife.
He also shared that he got sensitive upon seeing his babies over the phone for the first time.
The delighted father expressed gratitude and thanked God that his wife and both kids were safe and healthy.
“Because of this coronavirus I could not hold my wife’s hand but our twins are here – thank you Lord, Amen,” Dr Malinga said emotionally.
In June 2008, Dr Malinga and his wife welcomed a baby boy whom they named Linga Malinga.
The boy was the couple’s third child and with the twins on board, Dr Malinga’s squad is growing.
Meanwhile, Dr Malinga’s friends and family have took it to social media to congratulate the couple.
“Congrats to your family” commented fellow musician and TV host Nandi Madida.
