Just when DJ Fresh and Euphonik were preparing to sweep the recently dismissed rape charges, another alleged victim surfaces. The lady specifically fingerd DJ Fresh for her rape, and she says she has a child from the abuse and is willing to take DNA tests.
After dodging rape charges, DJ Fresh might find himself battling another rape case as a lady has spoken up about being a victom of the DJ’s advances while she was in high school. As much as there may not be proof of the actual rape incident, should the child be DJ Fresh and have been conceived while the mother was underage, DJ Fresh may find himself facing the long arm of the law. The young lady said,
“I hope they come for me. Cause I have the institutional backing (and also living proof to back it up) but I’ve been aware of DJ Fresh as a predator since I was in late high school. I just didn’t have the language to call it rape them.I know Fresh follows me, I would like you to sue me. I have a lot to say that I can only be protected in saying once you bring the matter to a court of law. But I know like you know that your victims are many. And some of them birthed proof of your abuse. Like, we can solve this thing with a blood test.”
DJ Fresh and Euphonik were recently charged with rape, a case that saw them being taken off air by Prime media and ultimately the pair and the media outlet went their separate ways. The lady who placed rape charges on DJ Fresh and Euphonik is only known as Sphelele Madikizela. The lady came forward on social media saying the duo drugged her and 2 friends several years ago. She says while she does not know who raped her between the two, she knows one of them did.

Charges were placed and the matter was taken to court where it was thrown out on grounds of insufficient evidence.
While the duo has been released, they have taken to social media to fight their battle. They released a statement saying they were never at the BnB that Siphelele claims they were at. The duo have also called her an extortionist, manipulator and a lie on social media platforms.
DJ Fresh claims an aunt of her called him but refused to speak on record saying that Siphelele is a liar. However, the Madikizela has refuted this.
