Media personality Dineo Ranaka has joined the Podcast and Chill Network, nearly a year after joining Kaya 959 and being off-air for almost two months. In late May, Dineo revealed her struggles with mental health.
Dineo Ranaka to Host Show on Sex and Mental Health
Kaya 959 MD Colleen Louw confirmed that Dineo is no longer with the radio station. Dineo will now host a show on the Podcast and Chill Network called “Dineo On Sex n Stuff.” In a post on social media, she expressed her excitement about joining the network. “I think I’m a unicorn. A new addition to the Podcast and Chill Network. Here’s to being free,” she wrote.
Dineo also shared a video in which she explained why she wanted to explore conversations about sex and mental health. “Obviously, you know, I’ve been making headlines for my mental health and this, that and the other. There’s something very peculiar about my life during this dark season. My sex hormones are raging, hence I want to have these sorts of conversations,” she said.

Dineo Ranaka Thanks Supporters
In another post, Dineo thanked her followers, friends, colleagues, and family for their unwavering support. “When we are supported, we soar. Behind closed doors, I have such a formidable support structure. Siblings, parents, my kids, my lover, my friends. They give me wings. Spanning the size of the biggest eagle you can ever imagine. Now when I include your support? My God, I feel superhuman,” she wrote.
Dineo expressed her gratitude for the support she received while her “wings were being nursed.” She said that she is looking forward to a journey of self-discovery through conversations about sexual health and pleasure as it relates to mental health. “From where I’m sitting, life looks like a vacation doing what I love and taking you with me. I love and appreciate each of you,” she wrote.
