He has been winning big of late. DiepCity actor Mgedeza ‘Mduduzi Mabaso’ joins The Estate. Award-winning actor Mduduzi Mabaso will be making his next stop on the SABC drama series The Estate. However, this comes after it was confirmed that DiepCity was coming to an end. In DiepCity, he stars as that bubbly gangster we all love to hate. Mduduzi Mabaso is best remembered for his on-screen character as Suffocate Ndlovu on etvs drama series Rhythm City.

He plays the on-screen character of Mgedeza. In the star-studded drama series, he stars alongside some of the industry’s big names, like Dawn Thandeka King, best known for her on-screen character on Mzansi’s most-watched drama series Uzalo.

On The Estate, he will be nailing the on-screen character of Khulekani Nzimande. We can’t wait for the drama to unfold, capped with drama and thrills. Nzimande is a fearless and traditionally inclined man whose priority is his family. This extends to his sister Noxolo, played by Lerato Mvelase. Mabaso has already weighed into his on-screen character persona.

“I have always believed that one should let their work speak for itself because that allows one more room to explore and play. On joining The Estate team, I am intrigued, excited and thankful for the opportunity and the blessing. I cannot wait to play with the other thespians on board.”
