Well, many might be wondering who is Nompumelelo Vilakazi? Nompumelelo Vilakazi is a South African actress known for her debut television role as Snenhlanhla ‘’Sne’’ on DiepCity. The fast rising actress got Mzansi talking when it was revealed that she was just 24-years-old. The young and talented actress was born October 20, 1997 in KwaZulu-Natal.
Recently she capped her career with an award after being awarded the best newcomer actress. Well of late Nompumelelo Vilakazi has become Mzansi’s darling. Yes, she more than good when it comes to keeping Mzansi entertained.
This is her first debut in the entertainment industry and she is killing her role, her acting skills are on another level. Her unmatched talent is totaly out of this world.
Her family was sceptical of her plans to pursue an acting career because she had done well in her academic career. She started doing drama in a local theatre production in Winterton where she grew up.

Her character is part of a gang of four girls who are friends who become burglars to make ends meet. She is the gossip of the group and always knows everything that’s happening on the streets. However, she stars along with Rhythm City firebrand Suffocate Ndlovu and former Uzalo lead actor Dawn Thandeka King.
Despite being just 24-years-old is so surprising that the actress is a qualified graduate. It is hard to believe that she started off as an assistant teacher. We can now all agree that fortune favours the bold. She is a qualified life science and Geography teacher and graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a Degree in education.
