Yes! the celebrated actor we all hate to love revealed this during his interview with MacG on his podcast session. The actor indicated that during his upbringing he was not exposed much to any of the native languages hence that’s why he finds it difficult to speak any of them.
However, his expose to English during his upbringing is the main reason why he is poor in other languages. Well of late he has managed to learn a few lines of Xhosa and Zulu but not very well.

He went to Pinetown High school after his family moved to Pinetown. Macdonald then studied speech and drama at a film school in Durban, KZN.
In an interview with Trending SA about two years ago, the actor revealed that he worked at a call centre after he matriculated. He’s also worked at a bank.
