Behind bars: Big Nuz fame member Danger arrested and now convicted at Westville prison.
Things are upside down for Big Nuz member Mzi Tsomela popularly known as Danger. According to Musa Khawula, a Twitter journalist, Danger got arrested after being found in possession of drugs. He is now behind bars at Westville prison, awaiting a court hearing.
Danger had been through a lot since his glory days with Big Nuz had passed. Big Nuz saw a fall in fame after the death of fellow member Sibusiso Khomo, better known as R Mashesha, in 2015. Since then. Danger seemed to be most affected by the fall from glory of Big Nuz since Mampintsha is enjoying his music alongside his wife, Babes Wodumo. Undoubtedly, Danger is now into drugs in trying to find a way of living and managing his problems.

Drugs have become a serious problem among many artists in Mzansi. Kelly Khumalo’s son got suspended from school after being found with drugs stolen from his mother’s boyfriend. This time around, Danger got found with a considerable quantity of drugs, enough to get him behind bars.
Sources say that Danger is now in real Danger as he awaits to hear the gravity of his crime. The finer details of the arrest of Danger are still unknown as the case is still fresh.
Big Nuz fell from glory after Mashesha’s death.
With the three of them around, Big Nuz was arguably the best Kwaito group in the country with Mampintsha, Mashesha and Danger. The group produced hit songs like Umlilo, Tsege Tsege and Stingray. Big Nuz was the outstanding Kwaito group in 2020 as they scooped the SAMA’s album of the year, Best Kwaito album. They also won the MTN record of the year with the hit song Umlilo in the same year.
Mampintsha’s commitment fell since he married Babes. As a result, Big Nuz’s Danger finds himself alone, arrested and struggling to hit the ground again.
