Convicted former President Jacob Zuma files papers revoking his sentence
Reports are saying the Former President Jacob Zuma has filed papers revoking his sentence. This comes after the Zuma was sentenced to 15 months in prison after being found guilty of many by the concourt.
President Jacob Zuma also denies that he deliberately walked out of the State Capture Inquiry after Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo refused to recue himself and says he left so he could take his medication.
Jacob Zuma’s fans went to the streets the day after he was sentenced. This story has been faced with different reactions. Members of the public think he deserves his punishment after his involvement with the Guptas. On the other hand Zuma die hards think otherwise and say their leader is innocent.
Zuma’s case is surely filled with drama. His son Edward says if they want to take him to jail then they will have to go through him. What would we expect from a beneficiary of the corruption allegations.
