Award-winning TV and radio host Pearl Modiadie recently went on vacation with her new boyfriend to an unknown island. She teased her online followers with a picture of the mystery man on her social media accounts. However, a mischievous Twitter user known as Chris Excel roasted the mystery man on her timelines and was subsequently blocked by the 947 radio host.
Since Friday, 9 June, Modiadie has been vacationing on a tranquil island and sharing pictures of her romantic trip with her new man on her social media feed. On Instagram, she can be seen living her best life on the island, enjoying breakfast served with sparkled drinks, taking dips on the beach, and even posing with turtles.
Modiadie was previously in a relationship with Nathaniel Oppenheimer, with whom she had a baby in 2020. However, they reportedly broke up shortly after their child was born, according to ZAlebs.

After seeing one of Modiadie’s vacation photos, Chris Excel decided to crop photos together and roast the mystery boyfriend. He insinuated that Modiadie was with him for his money and suggested that he must have rotten teeth, which is why she chose not to reveal his full face. Before posting the photos, Excel captioned them with “We hustle to fight poverty not to impress people 🙏”
Despite being on vacation, Modiadie still had time to check what was happening in South Africa. Shortly after Excel posted the photos, Modiadie blocked him on Twitter to prevent her man from being the subject of jokes. The controversial Twitter user then rushed to share the news with his online followers and had Tweeps busting jokes.
