Sandile Shezi is in hot soup as he faces more fraud charges. The celebrated forex trader guru is topping the trends as two fraud cases, involving R600 000 and R156 000, were reported against him. The fraud cases were reported at Sandton Police Station.
Shezi faces more fraud charges after he was involved in another legal battle, as his third alleged victim opened a theft case against him. In October, rumours were making rounds on social media that he was set to be going to court after he scammed a retired Limpopo principal R1 million. It’s unclear whether he attended the court, but the story was buried, and Shezi was reported to have paid the money in exchange for the Limpopo principal dropping the criminal case against him.
However, the trailblazing entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of Global Forex Institute and Rivoltare Pty Ltd may go to jail this time as more fraud charges emerge. Sandile is facing two more fraud cases which involve a considerable sum of rands, and this is the fourth time he has been on the wrong side of the law due to scamming his customers.
Sandile Shezi faces more fraud charges
Mzansi is worried that he may end up in jail this time because his fraud cases are now numerous, and a massive sum of money is involved. A Twitter user commented:
We are tired of Sandile always facing fraud charges and getting away with it. The law should do something about it, and he faces jail haibo. To think I once wished to be him. 😢young and monied. 😭 near 40 and still struggling to have 6 figures. People should learn and stop investing in his forex trading company. He is a thief.
Although he has been in court several times due to fraud, Sandile has his ways of escaping jail. He always has a unique way of clearing his name and escaping being arrested. He will pay back the money that he frauded the victim in exchange for them withdrawing the charges against him.
In October, Shezi was reportedly nabbed in a movie-style manner at the same court after he had just made an appearance on another matter of defrauding a Johannesburg business person of close to half a million rand. However, he escaped jail by paying off the R500 000 and became free.
Although he is controversial, Sandile Shezi is a young and dynamic businessman who became a certified millionaire at 23. He is one of the youngest millionaires in Mzansi and possesses valuable assets, cars and houses as a testament to his wealth.
