Vhutshilo’s girlfriend, Zama, is Rosemary’s sister. This news is shocking and very unsettling because we all know what Rosemary did to the Mukwevho family.
Rosemary had been missing since she got arrested, and Mpho is searching high and low for her, and this has brought forward a family member that turns out to be Zama. Tenda doesn’t trust that his ancestors brought Rosemary to Mpho, and things get worse when he finds out that Vhutshilo’s girlfriend is Rosemary’s sister.
The question is, is Tenda right to suspect foul play, and the simple answer is yes, for a few reasons.
Let’s count them
1. Zama appeared right after Rosemary was arrested for nearly destroying the Mukwevho family.
2. She chose a Mukwevho heir for a mate.
3. She didn’t disclose who she was to Vhutshilo. Zama knows that Rosemary killed Vhutshilo’s Makulu and framed him for it.
4. She contemplated running from Mpho when she saw her at the restaurant.
So you see? Tenda is not to be blamed for being suspicious of Zama. It looks like she was coming after Vhutshilo anyway because of the timing of this whole thing.
Zama decided to reveal her identity to Mpho, immediately making her feel guilty. She accused Mpho of wanting her to break up with Vhutshilo, and Mpho fell for it. It looks like manipulation runs in the family with the Mkhize gals.
The question now is, what exactly is going on here? Why is Zama here, particularly with the Mukwevhos?
Vhutshilo has taken the next step with Zama and introduced her to the Royals, and they like her for Vhutshilo. Zama has been around Vhutshilo for months now; what does she want? Vhutshilo will lose it once he finds out who Zama is, and so will his family.
Mpho will perform a ritual to bring Rosemary back, but then she reveals that Rendani has a calling.
Mpho is determined to help Rosemary, but what will the Mukwevho say about this? The relationship between the Royals and Tenda’s family has already been poorly severed by Tenda’s shadiness and Mpho cheating on Azwindini with Tenda.
The whole thing will look like Tenda is involved, and this will cause serious problems.
