In the wake of an emotional heartbreaking song that went viral Somizi has finally cut ties with estranged husband Mohale.Barely a few months after their colourful wedding Somizi and Mohale marriage made all sorts of headlines for the wrong reasons. From cheating allegations implicating Vusi Nova into the equation to bedroom fallouts.
Of late their marriage has seen them trending and rumour has it that Mohale served Somizi divorce papers. However, the two didn’t weigh in in regards to the daring allegations like they used to do.
In the wake of all this drama Somizi boldly claimed that he will be vibing more with Vusi Nova like before and this sparked a debate. Well, it seems as if Somizi was dead serious about it as he has pulled a shocker.
The couple has been haunted by divorce rumours for a very long time now and being public figures does not make matters any easier. A few months ago Somizi deleted Mohale pictures on his social media platforms and now he has done the unthinkable.
Firstly, people noticed the most obvious which is their absence from each other’s social media. Neither of them has been posting to each other on Instagram and Twitter. Secondly, when the rumours started Somizi Mhlongo deleted tons of pictures which included Mohale Motaung. Now, Somizi has unfollowed Mohale on both Instagram and Twitter.

However, barely a year after their lavish wedding Tv personality Somizi Mhlongo is set to lose millions of rands in a nasty divorce with husband Mohale Motaung. The True Love magazine power couple has been making all sorts of headlines from cheating allegations, Mohale’s cellphone addition to divorce rumours.
It seems divorce is on the cards. Rumour has it that Mohale Motaung’s legal team has served Somizi divorce papers.
From the looks of things, Somizi will be counting losses as Mohale is entitled to half of his properties and business interests. If it happens that there wasn’t a prenuptial agreement Mohale will be entitled to half of the assets the two acquired.
A prenup is a written contract entered into by a couple prior to marriage or a civil union that enables them to select and control many of the legal rights they acquire upon marrying, and what happens when their marriage eventually ends by death or divorce?
