Cassper once contemplated donating one of his lungs to her. That’s the kind of love he has. He donated R150 000 and encourages other to donate the money they can towards saving Nompilo.

We are trying to help a lady by the name of Nompilo Dlamini who is in Swaziland get a new pair of lungs as she is facing a life threatening disease called Cystic Fibrosis. They are trying to raise 2 million rand and they are very far from the goal,” he posted
