Broke Generations actress Letoya Makhene and wife disappear after failing to pay R2000 restaurant bill
Nobody really knows what happened. Generations star actress Letoya Makhene and wife disappeared from the popular Fireroom Sushi Restaurant after failing to settle their bill which amounted to R2000.
Rumour has it that the power couple dined at the popular spot but when it was time to pay they failed to settle the bills.
Instead of reaching a common understanding with the manager the two decided to pull up on of James Bond escape tricks. The restaurant was left counting loses after the two disappeared in thin air.
In the wake of these allegations, the power couple has come out guns blazing to those peddling the rumours.

The couple who recently tied the knot a few months ago seems to be living large. Letoya Makhene-Pulumo has indicated that the couple’s bank account looks healthier and can even prove time with some snaps.
How can we fail to settle a bill of R2000 its a lie that we are broke?
“With us, we can wine and dine more than three times a week and its a normal routine. My wife and I did go out to the Sushi Restaurant in four ways and we had a night out.
“Can someone explain to me how can we fail to settle an R2000 bill yet we can afford to wine and dine that much? Surely it doesn’t add up right?” said Lebo.
“We can send you our bank balance and it is quite healthy.”
An agitated Lebo revealed that their bill amounted to R1,350 and went on to pay R1,600 including a tip. She rubbished the claims that they had to pull up a James Bond trick to exit the restaurant. She said they owe the restaurant nothing and settled their bills.
It seems as if no one really knows what happened that night. However, on the other hand, one of the restaurant employees did indicate that the power couple left without settling their bills. Rumour has it that the situation was so ugly to an extent that Letoya had to call in some friends for assistance.
Contacted for comment the restaurant decline the call and termed it as a sensitive issue. But one of the workers let the cat out of the bag when she confirmed the incident.
“I was working that night and I know about the incident, but speak to the manager.”
