The call by the British Ambassador to Zimbabwe for her citizens to return comes after reports suggest Zimbabwe is not ready for coronavirus. Zimbabwe has recorded 3 coronavirus cases and one death. The death is widely regarded as an act of negligence by the hospital due to lack of resources. It is reported the Minister of Health tried to make the deceased pay USD120 000 for the medical equipment in order for him to set up and Intensive Care Unit at Wilkins Hospital.
