Bradley Olivier, the actor known for his role as paramedic Danny Jantjies on the show ‘Binnelanders’, has passed away. He died on Thursday after being placed on life support at the Life Flora Hospital.
False Reports of Death
Prior to his passing, there were reports circulating that Bradley had died. His family took to Facebook to assure fans that he was still alive. However, they have now confirmed the news of his death in a statement, saying that he passed away peacefully.
Family Statement
In their statement, Bradley’s family expressed their gratitude to the Life Flora Hospital and staff for their compassionate attention and professional care. They wrote, “We remember Bradley for his legacy and the impact he left in all our lives. Bradley will always be within our hearts and the many others that loved him. The family is grateful for all the support they have received during this trying time. Bradley touched so many lives, words cannot describe how much we will miss him. We ask for privacy as the family grieves the tragic loss of a great father, partner, son, brother and friend.”
A Versatile Actor
Bradley made his television debut on Villa Rosa in 2017. His family said that he was involved in “an array of different productions, mediums and genres which included film, series, telenovellas, soap operas, and stage and radio work”. He starred in multiple productions such as 7de Laan, High Rollers, 4 Play Sex Tips for Girls, Roer Jou Voete, Rockville, Vlug na Egipte, Sokhulu and Partners, Let Heaven Wait, MTV Shuga Down South, Fathers Matter and Die Kasteel.
