Boss Moves: YouTuber MacG signs a million rand deal with Democratic Alliance President John Steenhuisen
Broadcaster and Podcast and Chill founder MacGyver Mukwevho, famously known as MacG in the entertainment circles, signed a million rand deal with Democratic Alliance leader John Steenhuisen. Mzansi is more than convinced that the door has been striking million-rand deals off cameras, and Mzansi seems to have connected the dots.
A few months ago, MacG once revealed that he had a meeting full of white people in business and influential people trying to strike partnership deals. He revealed that the meeting was not only limited to the Podcast and Chill with MacG but other business ventures. In the wake of that revelation, Mzansi seems to have to connect the dots.
Mzansi is convinced that the DA leader is splashing money into MacG Podcast and Chill. However, this comes after the DA leader took MacG-inspired gin to parliament, which is said to be a marketing and PR stunt. Taking it to Instagram, the leader posted a picture of a bottle of Grandeurgin at the parliament premises. Seemingly YouTuber MacG might have signed a million rand deal with Democratic Alliance President John Steenhuisen.

However, his caption left Mzansi puzzled. Not so long ago, he jokingly revealed that he would take MacG to parliament, but little did we know what he meant. In the mix of things, Mznasi, the DA leader, let the cat out of the bag about his meeting with MacG.
This week’s guest edition of the MacG podcast will feature the DA leader. Of interest is that in his recent sessions, he has been vocal about DA’s policies. In one of the current sessions, he was bold enough to throw shade at the ruling government of ANC. MacG revealed his desire to see a government led by the DA since the ANC has failed the nation.
What’s so puzzling was that he revealed that he would host the DA leader and asked Mzansi for some heads up on what to ask. To many, this seemed to be a mere PR stunt. MacG is known for throwing hard questions to his guests that they do not know of. But this time, we might see a conversation rather than our typical MacG podcast.
