LaConco’s Workout Routine
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the reality TV star shared snaps of herself working out at the gym, serving as motivation for others to get their gym groove on. “Here to say work on the things no one will take away from you. Awuye egimini ke nayi motivation yo nyaka

LaConco’s Weight Loss Journey
In 2022 LaConco shook the timelines when she revealed her weight loss, which she said was not an easy because she had to make a complete change and try different weight loss methods. “It’s been three years since I tried to lose weight and stay healthy. I have to say it is difficult and uncomfortable. I no longer eat for flavor, but I consume what my body needs. I’ve been on a nutrition guide, gym, skin care, colon hydrotherapy, vitamin supplements and lipo,” she wrote.

Rumors and Clarifications
After her transformation she had to fend off rumors that she had a tummy tuck. Taking to her Instagram Stories to clear the air, she said people should not get it twisted. “Ladies, hi. Please keep it in your mind that my doctors have worked on what I’m blessed with. My body has been enhanced with lipo, otherwise our structures are not the same. I have invested first in my body. Lipo was the last tick on my list,” she wrote.
The reality star was also accused of wearing a corset on a viral TikTok video, something she denied. “It’s not on what I wear but my structure. If you think in my latest picture I’m wearing a corset, please buy it and the same dress and stand in front of the mirror to see if you will get same results as my body,” she wrote.
