Boity Thulo signs for Def Jam Recordings joins Nasty C and Justin Bieber.
Rapper and TV personality Boitumelo Thulo has signed for Def Jam Recordings a subsidiary of the Universal Music group.
According to Billboard Magazine, the star is now signed to the label’s African Division.
She follows Nasty C, who was signed by Def Jam’s main American division in March.
The news came this past weekend and many of Boity’s fans celebrated.

The rapper made her debut at the Ticket Pro Dome in 2017 Migos Culture Tour. Boity and Nasty C performed as supporting acts on the show.
Boity Thulo released her first song Wuz Dat featuring rapper Nasty C on 30 August 2018. Wuz Dat went on to win the Best Collabo Award at the South African Hip Hop 2018 Awards.
On 8 February 2019, she released her second single titled Bakae.
