Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo, known mainly by his stage name Black Coffee has achieved an incredible milestone in his musical career by having his music featured in the long-awaited upcoming movie The Matrix Resurrections starring the iconic global actor Keanu Reeves.
The superstar Dj told fans on his social media that the song Inkondlo KaMashimane from his 2015 album titled Pieces Of Me would be featured on the movie. This is an incredible achievement as many hit box office movies opt for international artists to be on their films. The Matrix choosing this particular song is an attestation that Black Coffee’s sound is authentic and worthy of being featured on world stages, the news also came a month after the hitmaker announced that he has been nominated for a Grammy Award. The Inkondlo KaMashimane song was a dedication to his late father, meaning the world will now know the music born from the waves of his father’s memory.
