Big names to cast on the new soapie House of Zwide
Popular starts like Vusi Kunene, Baby Cele and Lindani Nkosi are set to headline the upcoming soapie House of Zwide. The much anticipated drama will replace Rhythm City which ends in July this year.
Despite e.tv keeping the top cast of the new soapie a secret some reliable sources confirm that baby Cele, Kunene and Nkosi are some of the top members of the new show. These veteran actors will be joined by Uzalo actor Khaya Dladla and former Generations stars Zikhona Sodlaka and Paballo Mavundla.
Thapelo Ramatsui, the Communication specialist at e.tv refused to comment saying they will reveal the cast in due time. However, the TV channel confirms the soapie will premiere on the 19th of July 2021.
Head of e.tv local productions Helga Palmer says the show has come at a perfect time and etv brings shows of hope and dreams to uplift viewers.

Vusi Kunene left Generations: The Legacy last month after well executing the role of villain Jack Mabaso. Baby Cele has been potraying Gabisile on Uzalo since 2018. The other veteran actor Lindani Nkosi is well known for his role on Isidingo as Lincoln Sibeko. He also played as Clive Ngubane in the drama Housekepers.
Mzansi cannot wait to see what the new show will bring. Although many are sad Rhythm City is ending the fact that there is a hyped replacement has helped people take the unfortunate news concerning Rhythm City well.
