AKA finally pops the question and Nelli says yes!!
Finally Nelli Tembe has AKA ready to settle down and wedding bells are already ringing. From romantic dinners to fancy gifts and now a whole proposal. AKA breaks the news in a cryptic message by posting a picture showing a gorgeous rock on what many perceived to be Nelli’s hand.
Considering how private AKA’s 21 year old girlfriend is, the rapper does not share details of the engagement. Mzansi is definitely happy for the couple as they poured into the comment section with congratulatory messages.

The couple recently was at the brink of breaking up after a messy bedroom brawl. AKA and his girlfriend get into an argument which sees police officers intervening. Both parties threaten to open a case against each other although they later decided otherwise.

Nelli accuses AKA of manhandling her and the rapper in turn accuses his girlfriend of slapping him. Exchanging tongue lashes in front of the police officers the couple’s argument continues to escalate. If not for the couple’s lawyers’ intervention, the couple would have laid charges against each other and live to regret it. Nelli storms off with her lawyer and AKA goes on to ace his performance on the SABC1 music programme LiveAMP later that evening.
Whoever thought the couple would kiss and make up with AKA getting a PS5 as a peace offering. Making the trolls green with envy, Nelli takes to her Instagram story to flaunt her engagement ring.
