The month of June is probably Makhadzi’s best so far as she won the DSTV Viewers Choice Best Music Artist award. A few days later, she closed the month by celebrating her twenty-six birthday. Many fans are shocked by Makhadzi’s age as they think she is older than her actual age. Her popularity all over Africa makes it difficult for many to imagine that she is only in her twenties.
On her birthday eve, the Limpopo-based musician threw a thrilling party leaving Mzansi impressed. The decoration, the drinks and the food were evident to imagine how expensive the party was. The Matorokisi hitmaker even made a Facebook live of the party, receiving birthday wishes from worldwide.

There was no way such a special day could pass without a proper celebration. The Matorokisi hitmaker invited close family members, band members and friends to celebrate her special day. She looked back and imagined the poor girl she grew up being and how she is now at the top. It’s a moment worthy of splashing some real cash, after all.
The MC started the event by giving welcome remarks and explaining to the attendees the day’s celebration. She said that they are not only celebrating her birthday but rather her achievements so far. Soon after the welcome remarks, people started eating and drinking as they mingled.

Soon after a social moment, everyone took their seats as they listened to speeches. Several workmates and family members gave loving speeches that were ear-catching. Soon after the lessons, the dance floor was opened so was the bar. The DJ played some of Makhadzi’s best songs, including MaGear and other fine tunes, as people danced and enjoyed themselves.

On her special day, the birthday came out in an outfit that impressed Mzansi. She had a princess crown on her head and a blue dress that looked so nice. Later in the evening, the most crucial moment arrived for the cake cutting. People gathered to the Queen as they sang a happy birthday to you and asked her age. The cake was written happy birthday Queen as she cut it and distributed it to the people at the party.
