A Harare polygamous businessman catches second wife in bed with another man

A businessman from Harare Itayi Wafawarova caught his second wife at their matrimonial flat in Mabelreign around midnight. At the flat he found his second wife Patience Musabayana (42) in company of another man in their bedroom.

Patience Musabayana refused to get off her lover’s vehicle when they arrived at the Mabelreign Police Station. The police had to use some force to bring her in. Her lover also refused to participate and identify himself to the police.

Patience confirms the incident but did not give her side of the story.

“It is true I was caught with another man, but I do not have anything to say about the incident for now,” said Patience.

Itayi Wafawarova reports to HMetro that he sought the help of police officers to confront his wife’s lover. He also says that he saw the lover getting into his apartment until the bedroom lights were switched off.

“I was furious at what I was seeing and decided to engage the Police to avoid tragedy. After the bedroom lights went off I was sure the two would be going to bed. I drove to Mabelreign Police Station for assistance. When we arrived my wife was surprised to see me in the company of the Police Officers. They two were led to the police station for counselling.”

“What hurts me the most is that all this mischief was being witnessed by my children and I wonder what lessons she was teaching them. I have been at logger heads with her unaware that she was pushing me out of the house so she could accommodate her lover, who drives these latest big wheels,” said Wafawarova.

A video was captured as evidence when the two were busted. People on social media applaud the businessman’s decision to involve the police because violence does not always solve the issue.
