Pictures: Minister Zizi Kodwa visits Connie Chiume’s home
The Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture Mr Zizi Kodwa visit Mme Connie Chiume. On Saturday night, the Minister attended the Royalty Soapie Awards, where Ms Chuime was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
Accepting the award, she indicated her interest in engaging the Minister on issues concerning the creative industry.
Minister Kodwa visited Ms Chiume to listen to these concerns and celebrate yet another milestone in her life, having been honoured with numerous awards over the past years.
After the visit to Mme Connie Chiume, Minister Zizi Kodwa will also pay a special visit to the Bosman family as the nation continues to mourn the passing of the award-winning jazz sensation and songwriter Gloria Bosman.
