They are undoubtedly one of the biggest duo who has changed the game regarding amapiano. They had their shot at fame thanks to their debut album. Since then, they have since headlined several gigs across the globe. In the mix of things, their smash hits Umsebenzi Wethu and Sithi Sithi came with a fair share of international recognition.
In the wake of their newfound fame, the two have parted ways. However, Reece Madlisa seemingly confirmed the news. Against the backdrop of their alleged split, Reece Madlisa made it known that he has officially split from Zuma. He has it that he is dropping a solo EP titled Kwaito Nama Medi.

The five-track project features the likes of Six40 & Classic Deep, Khanyisa Jaceni, Jabulile, Shuger, Letso, and luuDadeejay however does not feature his long-term friend Zuma. Both signed to Universal Music Group. The recording company has it that they will pursue individual careers but will still release a project as a duo close to the end of the year.
“The boys are still contracted to Amaroto Ent’ and will release an album later on this year, for now, solos will do,” Universal Music revealed.
However, this is not the first time their alleged split has made rounds on social media. A few months ago, it was reported that they had a fallout after they were spotted hosting separate gigs. Well, they rubbish the claims. Now daring, it has been confirmed. In the mix of things, Musa Khawula did dive into the reasons behind their fallout. Musa Khawula has it. that:
