However, she is no new to scandals, from controversial top chart wins to allegedly tying the knot with her married boss. This is not the first time the news has made rounds on social media. Reports have it that a wedding is on the cards for the bubbly DJ with her businessman bae. Soon the two will be walking down the aisle very soon.
The news first made rounds in February 2022. In the wake of the rumours, City Press reported that DJ Hlo, real name Hlosiwe Mthalane, of Ukhozi FM Song Of The Year 2021 fame, would be walking down the aisle with her alleged husband-to-be Musa Zulu. But in the mix of things, the rumour fizzled out. However, in the wake of its resurfacing many have been wondering who DJ Hlo is set to tie the knot with her married boss is.

Zulu is a celebrated business mogul from Durban. Apart from his well-established business empire, he doubles as record label boss. He has been dupped as one of the finest millionaires from Durban. He is married to Thulile Zulu, who happens to be his first wife. Sources told City Press:
“It is an open secret that she is going to be his second wife. Everyone in the circle knows that Hlo is his princess, and he is determined to give her the best of the best in this life,” said the source.
DJ Hlo is also signed under his record label, iMaz Entertainment. Questioned about the alleged marriage on the cards, DJ Hlo rubbished them. She made it known that she was single at the time:
“I am not dating anyone at the moment. I am single. I am not in any relationship.”
Reports have it that by Easter, Hlo will be wife number 2! Sources have it that the only stumbling block is the second wife, who is yet to approve,
“The only thing that was holding Zulu from marrying Hlo was his wife. He had to take things slow to give his wife time to accept that Zulu is serious about taking a second wife. They are now officially engaged after the first wife gave her blessings to take a second wife.”
