Academic qualifications
Before making strides in the entertainment industry, Nomfundo Moh acquired a professional certificate. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Nomfundo doubles as a social worker and musician, leaving Mzansi inspired. She is the epitome of hard work and stops at nothing to be successful.
Rise to fame
Nomfundo Moh developed her craze for singing at a young age. She would participate in singing competitions and talent shows and complement them by doing song covers and freestyle. Her parents supported her in securing a professional educational certificate before becoming a full-time musician.
Nomfundo’s parents knew the challenges faced in the entertainment industry and wanted their daughter to have a backup plan if she failed in her singing career.

My love for music grew stronger the older I got, and I started writing my own music at the age of 16, I wanted to test if I had song writing potential and I haven’t looked back ever since.
My parents were concerned about the things that happen in the music industry, but they were there every step of the way, and I am grateful that my family has been a part of the journey.
The upcoming star hit her jackpot in the entertainment industry when she dropped her first single, Lilizela, in 2021. Ever since hitting her jackpot, she has been releasing hit after hit becoming Mzansi’s favourite afro-pop singer.
