Award-winning actress Jessica Nkosi who died on The Queen, is resurrecting in the new Mzansi Magic series Lavish. She recently kissed goodbye to her villain character Thando Seibata on The Queen after she was shot dead by Cebo. She penned a heartfelt message as she thanked the late Shona and Connie Ferguson for trusting her with the Thando character.
And just like that… Thando Sebata is out!!

On The Queen, Jessica Nkosi played the role of Thando Sebata, a no-nonsense and ruthless young lady. On the show, Thando was famous for her ability to use a gun against her enemies without hesitation. She nailed her Thando character to perfection, which resulted in her winning the best villain award.
Its true fortune favours the bold as fans were missing her fans on television; she bagged another acting gig on the upcoming series Lavish.
Jessica Nkosi to star in Lavish
The series is set in the upmarket suburb of Kyalami; the show is about the lives of three different women who are millionaires and held together by the strong bond of their friendship.
The group leader is Jessica Nkosi, who plays Zozi, an Insta momy, a rich wife and a controversial fashionista juggling fame with family. Zozi, who knows where the bodies are buried but will the skeletons come tumbling out of her designer closet?
Judging from the teasers of the series, Lavish Jessica Nkosi will be playing with the guns like her character of Thando on The Queen.
On the other hand, there is Kat, played by Ayanda Bandla, an ambitious workaholic juggling a successful career, motherhood and dating. Kat hails from a famous political family and has her sights set on the top of the political food chain.
Among the girls is Khanyi Nokwe’s Nomzamo, a fiercely fabulous vixen with new money to burn. She wants to build a thriving business empire, but her husband wants a dedicated homemaker. Can she be both?
A promising hit series Lavish will be airing Fridays at 8 pm on Mzansi Magic from 4 November 2022
