Musician Tambaoga has apologized to Zimbabweans for supporting and singing for Zanu PF. He says he is now neutral. The Mutungamiri weZimbabwe ndiBob Blair Toilet singer seems to have committed a cardinal sin for singing for the ruling party as his career nose dived afterwards. Tambaoga made a come back and featured on Nash TV live online performances.
Tambaoga posted on Twitter:
“Hello Zimbabwe. You can watch my last night performance on Nash TV YouTube Channel Forgive Me for my association with a certain political party! I’m back now and i need your support. Thank you Nash Tv for giving me an opportunity to reincarnate. I’m a reformist now. Makaita basa!
Tambaoga says he is back and his objective is to unite Zimbabwe through his music. Asked by fans what he will be singing about since most of his music are Zanu PF praises, Tambaoga said he actually has new songs on unitng Ziimbabwe and encouraged fans to check out his performances on Youtube.
He also says he will remain neutral as he has learn hard lessons in his life.
“Imagine what will happen if ZANU PF transform the economy and make jobs for people! People will hate you for supporting Opposition. That is the main reason why i have decided to remain neutral. Rambai Makashinga,” Tambaoga said.
The musician has alos taken an anti corruption stance judging from his Twitter posts as he depicts a born again man. “We are back in full force. We say no to corruption,” the former Zanu PF singer recently posted in reference to the current anti corruption campaign that is being fronted citizens as they have lost confidence in the country’s institutions such as Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission.
