Devon is the son of musician Steve Hofmeyr and (according to his Facebook page), a proud fighter for the white minority in South-Africa.
Posting on his Facebook account, the out spoken Devon Hofmeyr dragged down SwiitchBeauty a beauty and Cosmetics Company for speaking out against racism and injustice.
The cosmetics company SwiitchBeauty offered to promote black-owned business and freelance makeup artists by giving out cash grants
SwiitchBeauty supports #BlackLivesMatter
Posting on their Facebook Page SwiitchBeauty wrote –
We stand in solidarity with those standing up & speaking out against racial inequality and human injustice. Here’s what we’re doing about it
R50,000 in the form of a cash grant to black-owned beauty business – comment below if you own this business
R100,000 in the form of product to up and coming black freelance makeup artists who are looking to build their kit
