Tebogo Thobejane and Inno Morolong have had the nastiest of fights on social media, and even though they make up publicly soon after, something always finds a way to come up again. Inno Morolong has aired many socialites’ dirty laundries on her page and keeps getting into fights with celebrities. Tebogo Thobejane has said enough is enough and took the legal route to get Inno to apologize for what she said about her.
Tebogo Thobejane is suing Inno for half a million rand
Thobejane is suing Inno Morolong for R500 000 after she claimed that the former was a sex worker and slept with a president. In March, Inno took to Instagram during a fight with Tebogo and told the world that she uses her body to make money and sleeps with different men. Morolong also claimed that Tebogo slept with the president of a country that she kept private.
Tebogo says that Inno’s claims are defamatory and that some people may start to believe the lies she spreads if she does not take action. That is why Thobejane engaged her lawyers for Inno to take down her posts and apologize to Tebogo, which she refused. Morolong even posted on her page questioning why she should apologize for telling the truth.
Inno Morolong refuses to apologize despite friends’ efforts
Many of their friends asked her to retract her statements and apologize to Tebogo via WhatsApp. Inno is said to have laughed at them and vehemently refused to apologize. When all ways to try and talk peacefully failed, the Ayeye Stripped actress took the legal route to be paid for the defamatory claims. According to Sunday World. Inno refuses to speak with Tebogo and is willing to fight her in court over the issues.
Both ladies are known hosts in the entertainment industry who have been making the big bucks by hosting in clubs. Inno went a step up last year when she was announced as part of the cast of Diamond and Dolls, a reality show on Showmax. Tebogo Thobejane has ventured into acting as well and has several roles to her name now. She was part of Muvhango for a while, then joined Diepcity before her current lead role as Tsholo in Ayeye Stripped. She is also a businesswoman who owns a strip club and runs a podcast that empowers women in the entertainment industry.
