Before scoring his villainous role on Generations, The Legacy, Vuyo played Tsetse in the series Yizo Yizo in 2014. He also played Titus Lesenya in Isidingo, nailed his role on Isidingo and landed another acting gig on Wild at Heart, where he played Kane. His acting career is getting more decorations as he landed a role in the Netflix blockbuster Entangled.

In 2021 the actor made headlines when a famous Instagram trans baddie Demi came forward to expose Vuyo of lying and cheating with many trans women.
