As the Miss South Africa beauty pageant heads for the showdown, the showrunners have finally unveiled an R10. 5 million apartments will be gifted to the new Miss SA. However it has since been confirmed that the apartment is located at the lavish Waterfall City in Gauteng.
Miss SA will be crowned on Saturday, 13 August. As part of her winning package, she will move into a luxurious Penthouse apartment worth R10.5 million.

Of interest is the fact the apartment is located in the sort after Ellipse development in Waterfall City in Gauteng. Tricolt and Attacq are the brains behind the new high-rise apartment of Ellipse Waterfall.

The current Miss SA Lalela Mswane’s reign was marred with the controversy in international politics that saw her topping headlines for the wrong reasons.
Despite South Africa withdrawing its support of Lalela to participate in the annual Miss Universe, she became an overnight global sensation as she made it to the finalist at the Universe of Dome in Port Eilat on Eilat, South District of Israel. Just like those before her rumour mill has it that she was gifted a million-rand apartment too for her stay during her reign.
In 2020, Shudufhadzo Musida was gifted a lavish apartment rumoured to be around R8 million. The million-rand apartment was located at The Central Square apartments in Northern Johannesburg. Just like those before her, Musida’s stay was for a year.
Shudu also received other prices as part of her winning package. She received R2 million worth of cosmetics and clothes. She also received R1 million in cash from the Miss South Africa organisation. The whole package is more than R3 million. Enza Home did the Central Square interior decor.
Update: Ndavi Nokeri from Tzaneen in Limpopo was crowned Miss South Africa 2022
