Man on a mission: Gomora actor June-July ‘Tiisetso Thoka’ joins The Queen as Ayihlome Jama.
Tiisetso Thoka graced our small screen a few months ago as he joined Gomora, playing the role of hostel thug June-July. On Gomora, he came seeking revenge on Thathi, whom he accused of killing his father, Phumulani. Since then, he became a fan favourite exchanging sides as he pleases after falling for Thathi, the woman he wanted to kill.
Thoka shocked fans when they saw him on The Queen as he cemented a vital role on Gomora. On The Queen, he plays the role of Ayihlome Jama, the son of Jama, who just passed away. Like how he joined Gomora, Ayihlome seeks revenge on her stepmother, whom he accuses of having a hand in his father’s death. Things are turning upside down for him as his brothers are siding with the stepmother.
Gomora actor June-July ‘Tiisetso Thoka’ joins The Queen as Ayihlome Jama.
Thoka’s acting strengths fit well with the Ayihlome role in The Queen: he is a no-nonsense man who doesn’t think twice before pulling a trigger. He will face enough tests with the likes of Brutus and his sons if he crosses their path on The Queen. So far, Ayihlome is an outcast in his family, and he looks forward to finding new friends to side with for him to get the justice he feels his father deserves.
To get his father the justice he deserves, Ayihlome went to higher gangs to find information about the death. It seemed that the outcome was actual; his father died a natural death of heart attack despite her stepmother lying that she wasn’t there when he died. It seems there is something the young lady is hiding, and the odds are that Ayihlome will find out. He doesn’t seem like giving up just yet.
Are Harriet and Brutus back together for sure?
Something seems untrue in Harriet and Brutus’ reconciliation after the death of Majali and Hector. The two giants are dining together and mourning, but Brutus appears to be planning something deadly and big. Probably he is using Majali’s strategy of getting as closer to the enemy as possible before striking.
If there is good faith, then only time shall tell. Probably they are uniting against the Jama brothers, who look dangerous and hungry to get the money and businesses from Harriet, as displayed by their father at Hector’s funeral.
