In Pictures, Kayise Ngqula ‘Gugu’ from House of Zwide’s age and business empire gets Mzansi talking.
Kayise Ngqula made headlines when she debuted her character as Gugu on House of Zwide, playing Molefe’s love interest. The drama that followed her personality made her character unforgettable as she was Bro Carter’s cousin and a married woman. After her husband found out about her and Molefe, it affected Molefe’s business partnership and her marriage.
However, after her exit from House of Zwide, Kayise is yet to make another appearance on Television but has been quiet on that side. However, her social scene appearances are still very active as she has won awards and even hosted essential functions with other celebrities like Simphiwe Ngema. The actress recently took to Instagram to celebrate her birthday as she turned thirty-one years of age.
Kayise is the definition of black don’t crack as she shows little signs of ageing on her face and has a babyface. This makes it easy for her to land role-playing people that are younger than she is with little to no effort at all. In the years that she has been in the entertainment industry, she has managed to amass a lot of wealth for herself and build her resume as she worked on many productions.
Kayise Ngqula’s business empire stuns Mzansi.
Her first role on Television was that of Portia on Mina Nawe, which was followed by a minor role as a journalist in It’s Complicated. Many people also know her as the bubbly presenter of Our Perfect wedding before Nomsa Buthelezi took over from her after ten weeks, which raised many eyebrows. In 2019 she was involved in an accident that took her husband’s life and left her widowed and a single mother to their son.
Together with her friend and business partner Treasure Nkuna, they started a production company in the hope of being famous storytellers. Just recently, their company, KNN media, received their first production acquisition and soon, they will be producing dramas and movies of their own.
