Zimbabwe’s most successful raper Desmond Chideme also know as Stunner has been forced to respond to rumours that he might have been infected by Olinda Chapel.
Stunner posted on Facebook to calm down fears that had griped his fans. “I’m HIV Negative,” he said. Stunner started by praising his fans. My fans are my source of power. “My followers have more power than me. My name keeps being dragged into the mud. I fight silently,” he added.
To add on to his claims, Stunner said he is a frequent blood donor. He says he sometimes do public testing just to show that he is negative. He ended the post by promoting his album Ghetto Chronicles which he says is doing very well.
Stunner and Olinda were living as husband and wife until 2016 when the marriage ended. Stunner was accused of cheating, and in return he accused Olinda of being abusive and holding him hostage because of her money.
The breakup brought Olinda into the limelight. Her celebrity profile was raised and she started appearing on parties and functions. A few months after the breakup, Olinda announced that she was going out with Mukoko hitmaker Tytan. The Bulawayo born Musician immediately released Ndichakubata Bho, a song that mirrored the situation Olinda found herself in. Concidentally, or maybe as planned, Stunner starred as the bad guy in the video.
