Former Generations actor Gadaffi ‘Vuyo Dabula’ rubbishes death hoax rumours
Former Generations: The Legacy actor Gadaffi character played by Vuyo Dabula saw himself trending of late after he was implicated in a death hoax rumour.
Rumour mill had it that the celebrated actor was no more, which came as a shocker to Mzansi. However, in the mix of things, the actor cleaned up the mess and assured Mzansi that he was well and alive despite being rumoured to be dead.
Taking it to social media, the actor revealed that he was not bothered by rumours, but it becomes a big problem when it affects those close to him. According to Dabula, his phone has been busy lately as concerned family members and media outlets have been trying to reach out to him to get confirmation.

However, several celebrities have been implicated in death hoax rumours in recent months. Uzalo actress Thuthuka Mthembu made all sorts of headlines a few weeks ago after being reported dead whilst she was alive.

Despite all being said, it seems as if Dabula is winning big in the wake of his exit from Generations: The Legacy. He bowed out of Generations after the drama series witnessed a mass exodus of its star-studded cast, which saw Vusi Kunene, best known as Jack Mabaso and Rapulana dumping the show in the eleventh hour.
Even up to now reasons behind his exit are not known. However, close sources have it that he dumped the show for Queen Sono, which Netflix later cancelled. However, at the time of his exit, he was also part of the cast of MNet Box office showstopper, Shaft 6 movie.
Since his exit, he has already found a foot in small screens again. The bubbly actor stars in the Mzansi Magic drama series Entangled. In the star-studded cast, he stars alongside Phuti Khomo and Vuyo Ngcukana, who play lead roles.
Late last year, he made all sorts of headlines when he was implicated in 50 Cent’s Black Mafia Family project cast. Taking it to Instagram, US Rapper 50 Cent revealed that he is Dabula’s fan and would like to work alongside him in his new series.
