Before she was a famous model and actress in South Africa, Makgofe Moagi matriculated at Lebeko High School in a place called Ga-Mashishimale. After High School, she went to college, where she graduated as a qualified teacher. She went on to land a job as a Chemistry teacher. At the same time, she was working as a teacher that’s when she discovered her love for modelling.
Makgofe made her debut appearance on-screen with a gig as one of the models on the money game show Deal or No Deal in 2007. She auditioned for and landed a role in 90 Plein Street as Tumi. She later had a different role on the same show as Maphaseke two years later. This was how she made a name for herself as an actress. She made headlines when she landed the role of Palesa on the Venda drama soapie, Muvhango.

While working as an actress and a model, she expanded her CV by landing a job on Motswako. With her kind of anti-ageing looks, it’s no wonder her modelling streak is not stopping.
